Charity Cross Country Ride & Walk 2010
The Southdown & Eridge Hunt Charity Ride and Dog Walk, in aid of the Sussex Air Ambulance will take place on Saturday 18th September 2010.
We are indebted to the generosity of local farmers and landowners who allow us access to this beautiful part of Sussex.
The ride starts from Glyndebourne Farm, Moor Lane, Glynde and crosses Laughton Brooks, past historic moated Laughton Place and returns along Glynde Reach.
The riding course is designed to suit all standards, over a choice of either 12 miles or 5 miles with 30 optional jumps from 2' to 3' 3".
For the walkers, the walk takes a fairly flat route across some of the most picturesque brookland in Sussex.
